Yes. With our client's permission, we can setup remote access to solve problems more efficiently and quickly.

What is your warranty on services performed?
We provide a one year warranty on all repairs including virus removal, spyware removal, and malware removal.

What is your turn around on repairs?
Typically, repairs are completed within 24 hours unless parts need to be ordered.

Do you charge hourly or flat rate fees?
House calls are on a flat rate fee scale and business calls are on an hourly one.
