Ocean Computers was founded in 2004 by Joseph M. Mannion. After Joseph's first son's birth he knew that he wanted to make a difference for his family. Joseph had strong goals and huge dreams to create a Full Service Information Technology Firm strictly in San Diego, California. His main goal was to specialize in computer repair, data recovery, graphic design and web solutions all under one roof. As Ocean Computers pushed forward, those dream started to unfold into reality as Joseph begin to build his business.

Through his journey, Joseph has worked with residential customers, businesses and even had government contracts. Joseph's ability to provide quality customer service and lasting relationships with his clients has created a successful backbone in the company.
